*Up-coming changes to the Theater Site*
Hey everyone! There are going to be some changes to the site and here are some things that are going to be added:
Hey everyone! There are going to be some changes to the site and here are some things that are going to be added:
- Staff Cards - Each employee will receive a Staff Card in PM to print and cut-out in real life you may then put it anywhere you like! If you lose it there will be a thread will everyone's Staff Cards in the Staff Only board. You may print from there and cut out ONLY YOUR Staff Card. Staff Cards will include on them: A picture of you, Up top it will say Free Realms Theater Employee, Your IGN under your picture, The location in the theater you work, a spot that says Username: ________ and under that Password: ____________ so you may fill out on the blank your Username and Password so you don't forget it, and then under the Username and Password the website FRTheater.proboards.com.
- Members of the site will be PMed Ticket Opprotunities - Members of the Site will receive PMs with Ticket Opprotunities. Each time there is a Play everyone will get PMed a Ticket Opprotunity. The Ticket Opprotunity PM will contain: How many Tickets are being sold, How many are left, and the link for signing up to reserve Tickets.
- Certain amounts of Tickets - On the list of play Tickets for sale next to the Ticket price will be the quantity of tickets left and a link for the signing up and reserving Tickets thread.
- Sign-up for a reserved ticket thread - There will be a thread where you can sign-up for a reserved ticket from your choice of a play. You will play when you go to pick up your ticket the day of the play. Just state your Display Name on here and the Ticket Booth worker will check the reserved tickets list and state how much you owe.
- Ticket fines - If you're not there for the play and you reserved a ticket there is a 10 dollar fine as we could have given it to someone who was or would be there for the play. You MUST pay the fine or you risk being suspended from the site or the theater and if you still refuse to pay the fine you risk being banned from the site or theater.
- The site will be TRYING to be approved by Free Realms Mayhem - Keep your fingers crossed!
- Find a way to show amount of points in your profile - We are going to find a way to display your amount of points in your mini profile or regular profile that ONLY me (Addison Fogfiddle) and Lynnette are able to edit.
- A board for weekly challenges - We will be making a board for weekly challenges it will consist of riddles, Jokes, and Questions, ETC. Whoever gets the closest to the correct answer or the correct answer gets a prize EX: Free ticket to any play you choose, Extra points, Coins, ETC. The answer will be posted on Saturday and prizes will be awarded also on Saturday. Each challenge will being on Sunday and end on Saturday.
- A FR Theater News board - There will be a new board with all the FR Theater News.
- Staff Cards thread - There will be a thread in the Staff Only board called Staff Cards. If you need another Staff Card because you lost yours you are more than welcome to come to the Staff Cards thread and print another one out. Everyone's Staff Card will be updated with their latest staff card. There will also be a link to the thread for requesting a new Staff Card if you don't like yours. Each time a employee changes his or her name their Staff Card will be updated with that name.
- Request a new Staff Card thread - There will be a thread in the Staff Only board where you can request a new Staff Card. You can even request a custom Staff Card, Like maybe you want the Background or Text to be a certain color or you're not happy with how your picture turned out, or maybe you changed your name and need the name on your Staff Card to be changed because nobody noticed your name was changed yet. Each time your new Staff Card is ready you will be PMed your new Staff Card to be printed and cut.
