FREE REALMS THEATER RULES
- Before you go inside the Free Realms Theater, please purchase your ticket at the green ticket booth near the entrance. Please stay in a single file line in the front of the booth, and no cutting, please. Once you have purchased your ticket, you will have access inside the theater. Costs of tickets vary on which event you go to. Please check back in the thread in which you saw the event to see the ticket price.
- When you go inside you will see the snack bar. You are welcome to purchase any items from the snack bar. Please do not go behind or stand on the counters, only staff is allowed behind the counters. Like the ticket booth, please stay in a single file line in front of the cash register. If you are looking to see the prices of a snack in the snack bar, look back on a snack bar thread, or just simply ask a snack bar assistant.
- In the lobby (first floor) of the theater, you will also see a aqua/teal colored box, labeled "AFK" in English. If you are going off the computer for a while, but have not logged off, please stand in the AFK center before doing that, UNLESS it is an EMERGENCY to go AFK (if it was an emergency, and you went AFK, tell a security guard your situation, and we will understand). Please, we do not want anyone just standing out in the hallways.
- In the second floor, you will find the women's restroom and the men's restroom. Women cannot go in the men's restroom, and men cannot go in the women's restroom. Only staff can enter any restroom.
- Have fun!
RULES DURING THE SHOW
- No bullying, harassing, or criticizing of any kind in this theater. This goes for before, during, and after the show. We take this very seriously here. Anybody bullying, harassing, or criticizing will receive a talk, which means ONE (and only one) warning from a security officer, and the bully will also sit out in what we call the "time out center" for 10 minutes, so the bully thinks about what he/she has done wrong. After the 10 minutes, the bully is let out of the "time out center". If the bully does this again, they will be completely banned from the theater. We do not want anyone hurting anyone's feelings WHATSOEVER, and we want the Free Realms Theater to be a safe environment not only for adults, but for kids, tweens, or teens of any age.
- Nobody is allowed to set off boom boxes, cakes, or fireworks in the theater AT ALL. The only people allowed to set off boom boxes, cakes, or fireworks are staff, or people who set up PROPS FOR THE SHOW ONLY. I know that security guards cannot catch any people who set off boom boxes, but we trust everyone in the Free Realms Theater to follow the rules.
- No fighting over seats at the theater whatsoever. We just won't tolerate it. There are many nice seats in the theaters, so please, pick another seat.
- Nobody, besides staff and people who have paid special tickets, will enter the V.I.P. seats in the large theater.
- We prefer that there is no chatting during the show. This is out of respect for people who need to be watched on-stage. However, this is not a rule, but it will be frowned upon.
- This is not a rule, but we encourage cheering for anyone on stage unless otherwise noted. Cheer!
- Have fun and enjoy the show!
IF YOU SEE A RULE BREAKER
- If you see anyone breaking any rules of the theater, we ask that you please report it. Go ahead and chat or whisper to me (Lynnëtte), or a security officer. We all wear brown postman uniforms. Please don't hesitate to report a rule breaker. If you do, this will not only be helping you, but it will be helping the theater and everyone else.
FREE REALMS THEATER SHOP RULES
- Please do not say, -steals- , or -steals items-, in the store. Even though you are not really stealing items from the store, when you say this, it hurts the shop employee's and owner's feelings. Please do not do this.
- Please stay in line in the shop, and please do not cut in line. Wait your turn.
- All owners of any of the stores have the right to refuse any offer. If you are not trading fairly, or did something wrong, it is your responsibility. It is the shop owner's or employee's things they are trading, and they can do whatever they would like with their items.
- Please do not go behind the counters of the stores, unless the store owners or employees say otherwise
- Have fun shopping!
FREE REALMS THEATER RESTAURANT RULES
- When you enter the restaurant, please wait until a waiter or waitress seats you in your table.
- Nobody is allowed in the V.I.P. table room unless they have paid and made reservations for it.
- Nobody is allowed in the kitchens except chefs, waiters, waitresses, authorized characters, and other staff.
- The restaurant will not tolerate any distractions inside the restaurant, such as boom boxes, unauthorized cakes, or fireworks. We want this to be a nice, friendly, and fairly quiet restaurant for everyone to enjoy their food and chat.
- Once you have gotten to your seat in the restaurant, kindly order your food. Please stay in your seat until the waiter or waitress brings you your food. If you have not received your food in more than 5 minutes after you ordered , THEN you can complain to the chefs. Please wait for your food.
- Please pay for your food if the waiter or waitress asks you to do so. If you do not know the price of your food, look back in the thread in which you saw the prices of the food, or just simply ask the waiter or waitress.
- Have fun and enjoy your food!
V.I.P. ROOM RULES
- Nobody will enter the V.I.P. room next to the theater entrance unless you paid and made reservations to stay there.
- Same theater rules apply in this room.
- Have fun in the V.I.P. room!
BACK STAGE RULES
- Nobody is allowed backstage except authorized characters, performers, and staff.
- If you are using the dressing room, please turn ON the light next to the room before going inside. This proves that you are inside the dressing room, and someone else will need to wait their turn before going inside.
- When you leave the dressing room, please turn OFF the light when exiting. We do not want anyone waiting outside the dressing room for their turn for no reason.
- If you see the light on in the dressing room, please wait your turn before going inside. If the person that is using the dressing room is using it for too long, please notify me (Lynnëtte) or a security officer.
- Everyone using the dressing room must use it no longer than 3 minutes.
- If you are going to use the dressing room, or are not using it, please do not play with the lights. That is used for privacy purposes ONLY. The light system is only used so it can respect people's privacy. Anyone caught playing with the lights are considered harassing people's privacy, and will have to sit out for a while.
- Me (Lynnëtte) or a security officer will inform ANY performers who break any rules in the theater to the show host. If a performer who is breaking the rules gets to a point when he/she has to sit out or is banned from the theater, they will be informed to the show host and will not be allowed to perform on the show. Performers, please do not disappoint your show-host after all the hard work you have done rehearsing. Please follow the rules.
- Have fun hanging out back stage!
CONSQUENCES IF YOU HAVE BROKEN THE RULE
- Stage #1: You have broken the rules once. Me (Lynnëtte) or a security officer will ask you to follow us. If you do not, and you run away, you are kicked out of the theater. You either take the consequence or things will be worse. Once you have followed us, you will be taken into a separate room, and you will have a firm chat, and this is your warning.
- Stage #2: You have broken the rules twice. You have already received your chat and warning in a separate room with me (Lynnëtte) and a security officer. Me (Lynnëtte), and a security officer will ask you to follow us once more. If you do not, and you run away, you are kicked out of the theater. You either take the consequence or things will be worse. Once you have followed us, you will be taken into what we call "the time out center", which is a room where you will sit out and think about the rule(s) you have broken. We will have a warning chat with you once more, and you will sit out for 10-20 minutes, depending on what rule you have broken. After 10-20 minutes, you will have permission to leave the time-out room and have fun in the theater!
- Stage #3: You have broken the rules three times. You have used up all of your warnings. Me (Lynnëtte) or a security officer will once again ask you to follow us. If you do not, and run away, you are kicked out of the theater. You either take the consequence, or you leave. You will enter the time out center, have a chat, and then you will be banned from the theater.
Thank you very much for reading the rules! I hope all of you follow them! Yes, the rules are strict, but that is only because we want to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable and fun experience at the theater! Also, we want to make this a great environment for kids, tweens, teens, and adults of any age!
Thank you,
FR Theater Staff
